Frequently Asked Questions

It's easy to surmise that we get a lot of questions about our services thrown our way. To make your life a little easier, we've highlighted a few of our most commonly asked questions here. Should your question not be answered below, give us a call! We're happy to answer your direct questions personally.

◼ Do you have a minimum time requirement when doing business with you?
All peak time rentals are required to pay for a minimum of six hours. During off-peak we might be able to make exceptions. Best to call if you have any doubts.

◼ When is your company available to receive calls? How about visits to the shop to see your buses?
Our phone is by our side 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If you'd like to stop in to see a bus or make a reservation, call for availability as our office hours tend to vary.

◼ Is smoking permitted on the bus?
No. Every one of our vehicles are positively 100% smoke free. This insures we are able to keep our buses fresh and like new for all of our customers.

◼ Is drinking alcoholic beverages permitted on your vehicles?
Yes! As we are licensed by MDOT, we are able to accomodate guests who bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the bus. This is one of the best reasons to rent a bus from us! We offer a true party on wheels.

◼ Where are we able to go in the bus? Do you have any restrictions?
We can take you anywhere you'd like to go, so long as it falls within your alloted time.

◼ How do your charges work?
We start charging you the moment we get to the scheduled pick-up point. The charges cease at the very last drop-off.

◼ In what condition are we allowed to leave the vehicle in after we're done with it?
It is the best policy to leave it in the same shape in which you received it.

◼ Do your drivers know their way around town well?
Our chauffeurs are very knowledgeable. However, when you reserve your time with us, we do recommend letting us know where you plan to go on your trip. This gives our chauffeurs a chance to plan out your trip ahead of time.

◼ What if something of ours is inadvertantly left behind on the bus?
We cannot be held responsible for your belongings. However, if you believe you left something behind, give us a call and we'll be happy to check for it in our Lost and Found.

◼ Do you serve alcohol?
We do not. Limousine companies are not allowed to provide alcoholic beverages to anyone unless they have a valid Liquor License. However, we are happy to provide ice, cups, and paper towels.
